Refund policy

Returning unwanted products:

  • Unwanted products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase.
  • Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the return postage on unwanted products.
  • If the unwanted products returned are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund or decline the refund altogether.
  • To initiate the return of your unwanted products, please fill out our Customer Service Form.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. You may return your original order (subject to the requirements above) for a refund and place a new order for a replacement product. You will be responsible for paying the new price for purchase and delivery of the replacement product.

Damaged Products:

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged in transit, please fill out our Customers Service Form and a member of our team will be in contact with you.

Lost / Missing Parcel:

  • Although the success rate for Royal Mail meeting delivery schedule is high, delays can/do still occur.
  • An item is not classified as lost until 10 working days have passed its expected delivery date.
  • Once 10 working days have passed, we are able to file a claim with Royal Mail.
  • If Royal Mail rejects the claim, Coddys Collection will take responsibility for the refund or replacement costs.
  • If your parcel is lost/missing please fill out our Customer Service Form.

Delayed Parcel:

Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team if you feel your parcel has been delayed.

Wrong Address:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate.
  • Customers must provide a complete address. If delivery fails due to a customer error, additional postage will be charged to resend items.
  • If you think your shipping address may be incorrect, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible so we can assist you. a small window is available for these changes prior to shipment.
